Sweden to host ‘No Date, No Signature’

Iranian film ‘No Date, No Signature’ has been scheduled to go on screen at the 28th edition of the Stockholm International Film Festival in Sweden.

Directed by Vahid Jalilvand, the flick tells the story of Kaveh Nariman who is a doctor working at the Iranian Legal Medicine Organization. He has to examine the corpse of someone that he used to know in the past.

The festival will screen four more Iranian films, including ‘Searing Summer’ by Ebrahim Irajzad, ‘A Man of Integrity’ by Mohammad Rasoulof, ‘Disappearance’ by Ali Asgari, and ‘Retouch’ by Kaveh Mazahaeri which will compete in the short film category.

The Stockholm International Film Festival is an annual film festival held in Stockholm, Sweden, since 1990.

The film voted by a jury as the best in the competition section receives the Bronze Horse (Bronshästen).

Since its start the festival has focused on bringing forth and supporting new talents through competitions and scholarships. 

The 28th edition of the Stockholm Film Festival is slated for 8-19 November, 2017.
